Just curious how other people have fitted this?

Got a Toad Ai606 which pulls to ground, have used a relay to drive the windows but it seems a bit wrong to me. So was wondering if there was an approved way of doing this? Thanks.

you need to get a window colsure module. you use the wire that changes state when armed to trigger the module.

Wouldn't fitting a closure module to a closure module be a bit pointless? The Toad has a window closure feature which is all wired in, I just wanted to know which relay to use really. As the drivers side has stopped working and just checked and the relay has acutally melted. It is fused with a 25a fuse mind it.

AI606 has a total closure wire correct but only works on cars with total closure
the saxo does not have this feature
you will need to use a window closure module as Reevesy says and hard wire into car

Cheers Toad, so you reckon something like this (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/E2-UNIVERSAL-TOTAL-POWER-WINDOW-CLOSURE-CONTROL-MODULE_W0QQitemZ120347945540QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_ CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item1c054bea44&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=65%3A12|66%3A2|39%3A1|72%3A1683|293%3A1| 294%3A50) as apposed to using a relay?

That is indeed the correct module for any car without total closure :y:
