How easy is this stuff to install your self? where would be the best place to install it, boot, front door panels, anywhere else?

if you want the best then put it everywhere. Easy to install just keep a hairdryer or heat gun handy asd it makes it easier to bend and mould into places

a ok so... boot, front and rear door panels, under the carpets, from and back. anywhere else? any idea how much of this i will be needing?

i would recommend arches, both front and rear. after doing the boot and doors on my ex 3door saxo, i notice most of the noise from the road is coming through arches

i meant from the inside of the car, not outside.

remove all plastics and carpets and stick it on the arches, especially on the connection (connecting line) with the boot floor
