reducer pipes

i need a reducer pipe for my induction kit...

how do i measure the holes? inside to inside or outside to outside?

get a picture up and ill see if i have somthing laying about

get a measuring tape and do it from end to end and then see what it is :)

ive got the rubber circle thing... its the main bit thats broke one sec ill go get a proper pic of mine to show the damage
