Knocking from rear

right.. had my car lowered around 3k ago. since then i have had knocking from the rear is sound like its hitting the bumper then also something metal... im unsure what is could be i have replaced the rubber mounts and nothing. also the standard back box does not sit centre in the cut out ??

its annoying me lots cheer for any help

i had this problem too the exhaust seems to sit towards the number plate in the cut out. turned out i had lost a rubber mount and on the down pipe there is a bolt that secures it to the engine bottom that had snapped. bought some new mounts and sorted the bolt out and was as good as new mate. worth checking your mounts out maybe get some stronger ones from ebay if all else fails check the bolt on the down pipe
