I've got a pair of Monaco S bucket seats. I want to put them in, what's the best subframes to use? Can I carry passengers in the back? Do I need harnesses to pass MOT?

subframes that match the seats - cobra ones

passengers - no

and seat belt or harness will pass MOT

Can I have passengers if I use subframes that make the seats recline? I'm sure I've seen some...

yes but its just more awkward for passengers as the dont recline far enough forward as the seat normal gets caught on the roof before theres a big enoght gap to easily get in. If you get harnesses i would just give up on passengers alltogether like i did:y:

you dont need a full on bucket seat for the road. a good quality recliner will do you fine mate.

regarding the flip forward seat mounts hit the roof = lower the mounts ;)

your too thoughtful thinking of your rear passengers :)
