best to mount it in the glove box...easy access that way, unless you wanna stand outside and have your boot open while playing with it in the boot...

Under the passanger seat is a good place. easy to get to, plug in and looks good if you run the wires under the carpet and just make a little cut where you want them to come out. Have you go a power inverter for it yet????

Yeah but how would you mount a top loading ps2 in the glove box.

it would open up and easy enough for the disc to go in but it would move around alot unless you put sponge top and bottom and back, but at the top on the left hand side...

i wanted one of those in my car but (bit hard to explain) sort of above the glovebox cut into the dash (possibly with the buttons mounted on the dash) so that when you eject the cd bit flips out of the dash. might be impossible defo difficult but hey i have BIG ideas!! also with a monitor smoothed into the dash. (not likely until i have at least a few grand spare lol)

i think i've seen what you want to do k9saxo. basically take the PS2 apart screw it into the glove box, cut a whole in the dash for the cd-drive buy a computer IDE cable to hook the cd-drive with the motherboard and et voila it works.

of course im suprised you didnt p.m me for obvious reasons

a invertor just swaps the voltage around its just like a mini socket

you could plug a micrwave into it if you want

now theres a idea
