wiper jets

hey im abit confused why when i do my rear wipers and screen wash then go to do my front window the water comes out of the back but the front wiper activates like usual but no water any ideas it only seems to do it after iv done the rear.

The valve is knacker'd in the washer motor mate. New motors are about £6-10 on fleabay.
