id try new oil or top the oil up first , if not then new gearbox, 2nd hand one is around 100 - 150 for a half decent one or you can pay 300 ish for a reconditioned one. Does it make a noise when the car is ticking over and then when you press the clutch does it dissapear?

bit of a update, changed the gearbox oil today no bits on the magnet bump so all good there, since changing the oil took it for a drive done bout 40 ish miles and no probs so far, old oil did look bad compared to the new stuff tho, hopefully all will be ok now as cant realy afford new box atm
