Has anyone cut a recess into their rear bumper for a number plate..

I'm looking at smoothing my boot and fitting the plate into the rear bumper but don't want to just stick it on..

oh yer! I remember that car.. he was selling all the carbon recently.. don't suppose he still has that bumper :P ?
