Thought i'd join in all the fun and post a link to some pics i've taken today of my Zest yellow vtr.

clicky here!! (http://community.webshots.com/user/DelboyVTR)

If someone could put a few pics up on here for me i'd be gratefull (pics wiv the dimma grill on),as for some reason when i do it the pics disapear after a while so i must be doing something wrong?.

Anyway, engine wise all she has is a k&n induction kit and a full s/steel magnex exhaust.

Body wise i've added a replacement alloy fuel cap (i like them smileys/smiley9.gif ) and today i got round to fitting my dimma grill.

All in all im pleased wiv the progress so far.

I will be getting the vtr wheels powdercoated black at some point and lower her 40mm all round.

Also i'd like to get the front lights coloured zest yellow, like the one's foz is selling/swopping.

Do you think that would look any good?

I'l probably also get a set of smoked rear clusters.

Thats about all i think smileys/smiley5.gif

So what do you reckon so far?

Well i was gonna get some 15" black alloys but couldn't decide on a set, obviously it will need lowering too.

However i think i'l be getting the original wheels powdercoated black as i really like them and most Probably drop her 40mm all round.

The lights were gonna be replaced wiv morettes, but i doubt that will happen as imo they are way too expensive.
So it will now be a choice between getting my original ones painted or getting a smoked set.

Not really got too much planned, i really like the shape of the car now, just hated the original grill which was why it had to go.

yeah Dimma Grills are expensive but i struck lucky wiv this one.

Its a genuine dimma part and i got it already sprayed in zest yellow, with mesh and the vtr badge for £50 inc p+p

Bought it off someone on ssc, they had sold their zest yellow vtr but had stripped it first.

I think i got it for a very good price, its in excellent condition too
