thanx guys thts brill does anybody know what their conneting points are?

the 2 front seat belts, bolts in at the top there, and the 2 back seat belts (underneath the seat), bolts in there too

And if its ant where near your head will likely kill you even in a relatively minor crash. Same goes for a real cage. There is a very good reason racing drivers have helmets, 5 point safety harness and FIA race seats.
