Shut down all programs running.....go to start button in bottom corner then to turn off computer and then select restart from options and wait.

i would say no, some fool tryed to trick me into closing my window on IE so i would lose this game, he goes press alt + F4 i said no, so he tryed agauin with alt + w. i was like yer mate im a pissin IT student im not a fukin computer n00b!!

well i just told some one to restart there machine, i got
silence
"hello"
"erm hi"
"restart your machine please"
"erm whatya mean"
"reeestart the machine"
"ooohh log off"
"no restart"
"ok"
Like wtf? was that so hard? then she asked what the problem was, i started to explain and then she started to talk to someone else as she didnt have a clue.

Restarting are widows based terminals resolve 90% of the problem becuase they are profile running machines

tel you what, its bloody confusing having 2 computers on one desk with 2 keyboards and mice, and using them both, keep wondering why the mouse and keyboard aint working then notice im using the wrong one smileys/smiley7.gif

Trust me leckie we got loads of dumbass's like that around this site. Worst one is ask for a etch number of the pc and they give you one from a monitor. Its like no. On the box thing. Then they understand, lol.

i cant say much. at SCREW fix i ring IT and when they ask me the problem i just tell them the machines S**T
Which is more than likely the main cause of the problem lol

I got jobs logged all the time to me. "Not working" Thats all they say. Not what it is, whats wrong or where. Useless. lol

They are busy converting to it all at the moment, which makes life hard as they have decided to do everything at once. Big balls up. Although at least they are trying to catch up now.
