whos ran wires to doors themselves

as above please im in need of help before i take a hammer to this MF.
i cannot see where to get wires through to the doors , i can see grommit in the door shut, but where the fook does the cable go from the inside . pleeeeease help

Take a look at my progress thread. There is a pic on there. It's a bit extreme but you should get the general idea.

i didnt do that i just drilled a small hole in the door card hinge to the speaker and then ran the wire down under the carpet to the boot. Its really well hidden to what i did :D
