I'm going to widemouth the car tonight, meshed the grill last night and i thought i might as well make it match!
Is there a thread on here that shows you how / tips on how to?! I'm being proper lazy... and sneaky because i'm at work and this is the only chance i'll get to ask!
Will upload the grill pictures bit later when the boss has gone out!

If you cut out the lower grill it will leave gaps in the bumper, these will need to be like fiberglass/resined up (not really too clued up on the process) sanded down then painted (ideally the whole bumper redoing to get a good finish) Then mesh the grill from the back and use some strong adhesive like tiger seal to affix the mesh.
I got a body shop to do mine as though. But the filler is prone to crack even if done properly due to movements in the bumper, mine already started to crack and its only been done a few months.
