right i have searched before some one tells me to thats why i am now asking ...

right the gf has a mk2 vtr on a x plate, it has the 3plug management system, cat in downpipe, silver rocker top --- so would i be right in saying this is the 98bhp motor ??

if i am why is it still in the higher tax bracket as i thought these engines gave out less emmissions ??

because the tax bracket changed sometime in 2000 irrc so some early w-reg's are on the lower tax band like mine.

your tax goes on engine size wasn't till late 00-01 that it started on emissions
