How to DE-chav windows

Allrite chaps, The chav-garage i got my saxo from tinted the front windows and it looks shite. Whats the best thing to get it off?

use nail varnish remover to remove all the glue. best to take the whole window out though.

Its a film and its solid to peel off. I think i peeled like an inch off the top and it took ages

i use petrol of all things and then polish, came off a treat

take a hair dryer to it, heat it up and it should peel off nicely.

or if youve taken the window out completely, leave in warm water... NOT BOILING...

I used ethyl acetate. - Will strip paint though so you have to be careful.

i swear its not been painted on spray tinted...? you said sticker... so how would terps etc take off a sticker? :S

i agree lol just heat it up with a hair dryer in the sun (if we ever have any ) then peel it of n polish iit up :y:

Buy standard glass, replace with yours, sell you tinted ones. :P

take a hair dryer to it, heat it up and it should peel off nicely.

Hairdryer as said is best then any residue use an old club card followed by hot soapy water.Too finish off dry off and use something like windowlene.
