Looking fr something around 03-05ish as I have a 05 Clio DCI but I have jus laid out 600 pounds to have the pistons replaced and the head done so looking to sell up for a petrol 1.4 or maybe a 1.6.

If you look through the classifieds you will find lots of 02/03 100% standard non abused VTRs with low mileage so they're not hard to find compared to a VTS

or get a vw lupo 1.4 sport. very quick, look nice and sporty, doesnt need alot of mod's to look nice (lowering, wheels)

I'd spend a 1k most on an old eg civic esi (SOHC 1.6L VTEC) and then boost it to about 450+whp and still have change for suspension can't beat that for bhp/£££ and it's only a single cam 1.6.

Alternatively i'd buy myself another ATR just to have 2 lol.

Or i'd get a ep3 but that'd bore me after a few months i dare say after being out in one.

I'd definately NOT get a Galanza or owt though.

Best bet would be the esi true sleeper say bye-bye to scoobys/evos and pretty much anything else.
