firstly what is this as i found it has snapped off is has 'facon' on it..

also i need to bleed the vtr's rad, cant find a guide so a link to one would be good, but i just need to know which way you turn the 1st rad valve to open/close it?

turn it anti clockwise then pull. and there is a guide on here

thanks, but as ive said i cannot find one for the vtr, been searching for awhile?

Ok, well all you do:

Fill up to the Brim with water

Open Bleed screw (other side of rad)

Open Alan bleed screw on engine nr thermostat,

Open Tyre valve cap on back of engine TOP left and down its obious

start engine let idle keep topping up with water untill water comes out of the rad screw, good constant flow then put that screw back in.

same for the thermostat bleed screw

same for the other one.

That's a radio noise suppressor. I don't know what for though. Snapped mine on my 1.1 yonks ago and haven't had a problem with anything electrical.
