VTR Starter

Hi,

Going to tackle the starter on the girlfreinds vtr this week, Just a couple questions :

How easy is it to get to on a V Reg?
Do i need to worry about the alarm going of when i disconnect the battery?
Is it easy enough to do with just a trolly jack?

Any photos of where it is as not realy mechanically minded

Ok, it is not very easy to do as it is on the back of the engine, you have to take out the airbox, battery and its round the back, you will obiously need some sockets and spanners as it is a biatch one of the bolts. won't need a trolly jack, do it from on top..

So basically

3) N/A

I hope you weren't planning on jacking the car up with a trolly jack then getting underneath.
