centra locking question

hi how do you connect the rod to the door pin? you can only just get into the door but applying the rods are proviong difficult. is there a way you can split the door so that you can get behind it?

but how though iv tried and tried and i keep dropping the parts in the door plus the pin only goes so far where do you posision the connector at the top, bottom or middle?

and when securing the motor it bends and it quite tense i dont think it will work

thats what me and ian are saying it very tricky, There is a spear part on the lock that you can connect the rods onto.

no sorry mate. you will just have to work the lock and look at the lock for a moving part with a hole in it and connect the rod to that.
