Right i have been bidding on some c2 headlight covers , and i won them for 99p

an hour after the listing had finish i get a email....

" sorry mate, just went to the lock up where i keep all my spare parts and and found that the shelf that had these protectors on had gave way and one is badly damaged!sorry for any inconviniance "

well i dont think this is the reason i think he was expecting a lot more for them.

as i no he won them in a former auction for £40

what should i do ? do i leave negative feedback and risk him leaving the same?

or do i report him to ebay ? as it is against ebay policy as he should of told me prior to the auction ending....

ask for a pic to see how bad the "damage" actually is. see what he says to that.

True.

They cannot leave you negative feedback anymore.

Due to people not leaving bad feedback so they dont recieve it in return, giving the seller a false reputation.
