the cheapest quote ive got for my mk 2 vtr and that with out all my mods so i really need some good insurance companys does anyone know any (IM 18 AND JUST PASSED MY TEST)

you tried the comparison websites yeah? i cant believe that is the cheapet, you need to keep looking. im with admiral which were the cheapest and quinn-direct is usually quite good for young drivers, hope that helps

You are lucky to be insured on one at all at only 18. You should probably look at getting a sensible car for a few years such as a standard Saxo 1.1 like Chin said.

try bewiser insurance i did after had got insurence from admiral.
vtr with alloys lowerd exhaust tints induction kit. 2claims against me and 3points at 19 no no clames 950 licence held for 2yrs

im 18 n mine was 1400, try going on a relatives policy, im nearly 19 and ill be -aying 703 come october

i got my vtr a month before i was 18, was paying £1511 on my own policy fully comp with admiral (that was with no mods but still way cheaper than your £6k). ive always found comparison websites useless if youre a young driver

get on the phone and call all the insurance companies you can get details on.

ask them how you can get the policy costs down.. they can be quite helpful.

they gave me a good quote!!

They cover all style mods, they don't mind an exhaust or air filter but not heavy engine mods..

That is what one of the guys at brentacre told me anyways...

I then sold that and i'm still 18 paying 950, fully comp on 106 quiksilver
