Not as far as I know. Photo shop is resource hungry on a computer let alone an iPhone,

what are you wanting to do?

theres an app that lets you change colours of pics ect

ColorSplash............ only lets let you switch between the photo colour and black and white etc etc but im sure there will be an update soon letting you do more

just downloaded colorsplash...

I like that app,

downloaded a pic of a tropical fish and coloursplashed that... looks good imo...

ok that sounds good then, i thought it would be a good app to do instead of games all the time etc
