Best 6x9's (Yeah I know...)

I know there not highly regarded on here, but I do actually like them, they give a decent sound, so i'm asking what ones are decent for around £40. I have Sony Xplod in there but as we all know Sony are Pony.

if you insist on 6x9s then JBL make some good sounding ones at around that kind of price.

infinity are also fairly good but y dont u just get 17cm comps and build pod 10x better

Pioneer yellow coned Emotion series actually sound very loud and very clear! as much as i dont like 6x9's much!
Infinity sound nice and clear and quality sounding due to silk tweeters

L oud are good on a budget but for clarity id look elsewhere

Pure volume and plenty of bass is the Kicker rectangular 6x9's but they require loads of power to run nice!

cant blame you mate,, had some in my old car and i thought they was mint and did the job for me,,, i have sub n comps now though and there is a hell of a difference lol i had some sony ones lol they was alright mate.. some people used to think i had a little sub lol

i used to have a pair of kenwood ones in a clio,
those little mothers used to have the rear view mirror vibrating!,
there perfect if you want a bit more noise without losing your boot,
i'm a pair of infinity ones atm and there okay 'til you turn them up tbh.
reckon they'll be chucked out for a sub and comps soon as i can afford it.

Sub in the boot, Xplod 6x9's on the shelf, standard in the back, infinity tweeters above the mirror adjust, and I think they could be infinity in the door? All runing off an Alpine head unit.

spend your money on some decent components, and get an amp for them

any 6x9s will never be a good match for a decent set up in the front

can cost less than £100 too, plus sell your old stuff to make some money towards it
