front bumper

i was going to take my front bumper off to mesh the grill but i found that one of the bolts was completley rusted through, i lubed it up and also found that it had cross treaded. so whats the best option?. drill through the top of the bolt and tap a new thread in or, saw the top of the bolt off and just deal with it. or is there a better option?

i want to do this too..(paint aswell) is it ok to drive with no grill for a bit during drying time ? lol

no its just one of the bolts under the bonnet
