are yout head unit lights just smd leds???? (the same bulbs used for your dials)

somebody must have tried to chage the coloured light inside the head unit

most people just buy new Head units since the standard one is quite rubbish.

thats the thing i spent alot of money on myn and im changing the theme it used to be silver and neon green which did look good but i think purple n silver will look much better??? can you change um then????

oh, I'm not really sure then, maybe, but wouldn't like to say yes for definite, Could poetically be a lot of hassle.

smd leds normally are but im redoin the ones on my dials from green to purple and on the needles from orange/red to whitei imagine they are smd'd but im just double checking before i take it apart

Just so you, its pretty much impossible to get to the LEDs that are in behind the needles without breaking them, i tried it on an old set of dials and its impossible to get off without snapping, so don't use too much force in trying to get them off.
