Hopefully someone can help. My gf's 1.1 03 plate forte, has developed a fault. The radio no longer works, there is no power to it at all. And when ever she starts the car the clock returns to 01.00 and works as normal. Even of i reset the clock to the correct time, when she switches the ignition off then on again it returns to 01.00 and runs as normal.

The radio still does not work at any time. My concerns is that her ex was playing with it. Put an aftermarket induction kit on it and removed all the old airbox stuff. Since then the engine management light has always been on. In normal running the car runs fine, push it over the legal limit for any period of time and it starts playing up. I dont think that the engine management light thing has anything to do with the clock or radio thing but its something else thats wrong with the car.

Any ideas on the radio/ clock thing?????

Help???? Would be nice to know where to start looking, before i take the dash off.

Russ.

Checked the fuses, and yes thats it, Engine management light is still on, but that has nothing to do with.

I checked the fuses before but must of missed one.

Many thanks.
