Supercharger or Chip

Hello guys, im wanting to make my vts faster but not to sure of what to get or would suit.
I have been looking at the electric superchargers which are like £30/£50 which seem ok...
And there is a performance chip at like £20...
Im not to sure if they will actually do anything so if anyone can help me and give me any directions, pointers or any help then please do..Also, i havent got the cash to go crazy on it.

hehe thank you kenny...wont be buying from ebay then lol. Just want to make it faster by not spending loads and loads. Got air filter, is there certain filters which would benifit from?
