For a full respray...What would be a rough price? without paint.

How many litres of paint would I need also?

well if your not using paint does it really matter how many litres? I will blow air onto your car if you like.

full respray including paint is normally around 1k for a good job and no friendly discounts etc...

He will get the paint for buttons really, i would chuck him £200 or so for his troubles if he does a good job
