just got a saxo yesterday, its a 51 plate with the updated front end (think thats a mk3?)
anyway the two front seats wobble about on the runners as if somethings worn, backwards and forwards (not sliding, just tilting towards the dash then towards the boot)
is this a common problem? at the moment ive got a stack of 2ps supporting the seat.
any suggestions?

Common problem if its like a slight rock in the back of the seat. Ive had two sets of seats and both are exactly the same and my gf's mums 106 has exactly the same problem.
Just shitty slide and tilt mechanism.

Start off, it'll be a mk2, no such thing as a mk3 haha
as for the seats...
its quite common for the captuve nut to break free
that would cause the issue
you can weld it back together
Or just use the 2p's but just hope they dont move lol

basically the chavtastic owner before you had the seat reclined badboi style everywhere he drove.. same as the owner who had my sax before me what happened to mine was the seat literally ripped the floor around the front left drivers seat bolt(by the handbrake/gearstick) had to have it welded all back into place....

Might sound simple but check the bolts on the frame.
