How to disable my alarm??

Hi Guys n Girls,

My alarm keeps going off on my Vtr (T reg) i assume its standard - but ive only had the car 3 days?!?
How do i disable it as it keeps going off for no reason :(

Mine did this. I disconnected the sound bit so the alarm keeps going off but its just the lights flashing. It only does it once for about a minute after its been locked for a few mins eh.

the standered alarm is in the passangers side foot well on the side of the heater matrix. it has 2 plugs on it, you need to unplug both. If you can find it there just wait untill it goes off and listen under the dash for a clicking noise, that will be the relays in the alarm box find the box and pull the plugs out. JOB DONE.
