Hi

I'm going to get some new wheels for the old Sax and need some advice. The existing alloys are 6.0 in width, can I get away with going 7.0 wide without causing any problems with rubbing etc.? I've got a West Coast so the body is the same as per VTR/VTS.

Cheers!

J

dont see why not tbh, whats the diameter of the ones your looking at? i have 8" wide 15s on a 1.1 with no rubbing so i think you'll be fine smileys/smiley2.gif

Cheers for that. I'm looking at 15"s, so I'll try 7" wide.

8" 15's??? Whats the tyre size?

You may need a spacer on the westie, but you can only try and see. What size wheels are you getting? If 17's then arch work will be needed. smileys/smiley2.gif
