help with amp problem

hey guy well a little short story which goes like this

put my amp to be fixed into huett in brighton and i said can i get a quote on how much this would cost to fix..... after 4 months i go to see if its ready and then suddenly he goes, yeah all done 100 pound please i was like what the fuck i only wanted a quote is there anything i can do without them just taking my amp off me

they had to send it off , i no that is what i said, this amp has cost me 300 pound now if i hand over the other 100 pound is there anyway out of this since i only said i wanted a quote :y:

yeh mate dont pay him the full price makesure he knows tht you only asked for a quote and ask him to put the price down.. if he still dosnt i would threaten to take him to a small claims court and tell him he will hear from your solliciter.. hopefully tht will make him think about dropping the price down
