Well, both cars for example... strip them both........ VTS will rape a VTR........
Without going boost you will get more power out of a VTS iirc

16v have more torque anyway.
16v with an exhaust, mani and induction make anything between 130 and 140bhp.
8v (98bhp) makes between 100 and 110bhp.
So one makes anything upto 20bhp more, and the other about 12bhp more. Do the maths.

Thats stupid!
A VTS HAS MORE TORQUE
A VTS HAS MORE BHP
A VTS IS FASTER TO 60
A VTS HAS A HIGHER TOP SPEED
A VTS IS FASTER TO 100
The only thing the VTR has on it is that its slightly lighter.
The VTS is much better for tuning, since you get the extra 20 or 30bhp to begin with and the extra torque to begin with.

VTS will respond ALOT better to money being spent.
