I sent off for 10 records from abroad (Spain) on the 21st

Were despatched on the 23rd and its now the 29th...I know the goods are from abroad but it is taking its time, too long?

Could I ring/e-mail DHL to see where it is or would I need some kind of code/reference number?

If you have the airway bill number you should be able to track it on DHL's site.

I work for DHL and know that for shipments in Europe it's normally around 2 days depending on the service selected so sounds like it's taken longer than it should..

See Ive ordered off there twice before and first time it took 5 days to get here then, second time it took around 6-7..

Taking the pi$$, and now it wont come tomorow or Monday being BH!

No, I dont think so.

I ordered from the site, and because its foreign, its not much use, all ive got is "DHL Tourline" and an order number.

I had no choice in going for DHL as they are the companies primary european shipper, it was either that or Cash On Delivery.

I've e-mailed them asking for my TN.
