right i bought a 1.1 saxo sx 'S' Reg but unfortunatly it hasnt got PAS is there anyway i could add this. IE. Fit a new steering rack and pump?

sorry if its a stupid question but just a general wandering

anythings possible but think pedal box and column need swapping from a PAS model as well, sure if i'm wrong someone will pull me up on it but had a look at doing it a while back

If your steering is heavy you probably have a problem. The none pas cars actually have very light steering. Check your tyre pressures for starters as this can make a huge difference.

yep second that. it shouldnt be too stiff when driving..parkings a tad harder with no pas but nt to the point were u cnt move the wheel!! for wats its worth, i wdnt bother. but hey, if u wana task do it mate by all means :)

it isnt heavy during normal driving, in fact id say i couldn't tell the difference. But good god is parking a right b****d! i have to reverse park everything just so i dont curb my rims..:wall:

ha ha its not for me i aint bothered bout pas but the missus says she hates parking lol. Iv noticed lots of people asking when i done a search so if i go thru with it i will make a guide to help others.
