exhaust ratlling

i got a full ss stell system including manifold and d cat pipe, but the center section is ratlling on the heat sheild, whot can i do, has any1 else had this problem?

if it was fitted professionally take it back an get them to sort it smileys/smiley16.gif if you fitted it try and slightly tilt the middle section away from the heat shield or possibly use different rubbers,or even try and bend the heat shield in the opposite direction smileys/smiley2.gif

ive tried to move the center section away to the center of the sheild but it just springs cack.only 1 i can think of it is that the d cat pipe needs twisting round.

or just take the heat shield off

its defanate on the heat sheild,i put it on,

Mine did too.... i just stuffed some heat sheld material around where it was hitting and it's not doing it atall now.

Not the best way i know but it work's

i have had the same trouble since last weekend when my dad put my new one on,but today it is now fixed.
all you have to do is bend the heat shield out of the way.
