as above...
Does the front anti-rool bar from a VTS fit onto a VTR and if so, is it a worthwhile upgrade to stiffen up the front end?

I don't know... i've seen on the 106 forum that some people have bought new bushes for the gti but they don't fit on the quickys... some one said that the quicky has a 20mm arb and thegti has 22mm??? just wondered whether its the same deal with a vtr and vts?
Might measure mine in the morning and see if i can get someone with a vts to measure theirs :)

I've read that a thicker arb isn't all what it seems, make the back very skippy and the risk of skidding out.
A 20mm (iirc) is ideal as it has a little more flex

Hmm, I see... makes sense i suppose. unless you stiffen up the back end also i suppose? then you'd have to figure out the strength of the uprated bars you were to fit?

VTR/S is the same front suspension wise, 99% sure of that.
Quickys were underspecced in a few ways, theyve got solid front disks aswell so theyre not the best to compare against.
All Saxos with ARBs use the same uprated bushes, so all have the same ARB I reckon.
