breaks need alot of pressure

when i push my break it needs alot of pressure to stop. i checked the disks and pads they are fine and it has fluid im thinking this could be normal on a saxo any advice on this

If your pedal goes right to the floor or feels 'spongy'... you prob need to bleed your brakes. :y:
Mine needs doing... sometimes it scares me lol

1.1 brakes are shite anyway. there's nothing much you can do about it without going overboard!!
