Tyres problem

I'm confused whether this set of wheels and tyres will rub against the arhces etc...195/45/15 on a flat arch mk1 5dr. It is not lowered at the moment as i still use the factory 13" but when i do get the 15" lowering will be needed i think as the car will be ugly sitting up high on them wheels..

any ideas please and will they rub?

also the wheels i'm going to buy are from ebay and they say wheels + tyres...are the tyres any good? they are stated as performance tyres which i thought is better than the economical tyres they usually supply them with.

its indifferent the make...just the size 195/45/15...will it rub or not?
