Loud Knocking Noise!

hi, when i was reversing my car out of my drive there, which is on a light hill, there was a large knock when turning, and you can feel the steering wheel shudder. it feels like it is coming from under the pedals

any ideas???

hi it could be the driveshaft or cv joint mate thats what it sounds like

Yep agree with it been the driveshaft/cv joint. Plenty of stuff on the site about them, just do a quick search, easy enough job to do.
