Ive a saxo VTR and a Westie and im lookin to swap both for a VTS. is it worth it ?

u tell me westie is a 99 t reg with 70k on clock as VTR 03 interior . VTR is a 97 p reg 105k no t&T needs cross member and radiator . but neither are standard

vtrs maybe worth around £500 and the westie maybe a grand if you're lucky? what colours are they? that can affect resale value.

so, based on the if the vts is worth more then £1500 you may be onto a winner!

saying that tho, a vts over 100k is a bit of a waste and can be had for under a grand. spend a bit more for a lower milage one, it'll be cheaper in the long run. (you'll be fixing the 100k one more)

Have you found someone willing to swap or are you just speculating. I think you'll truggle to find someone who wants a VTR and a Westie!

No trying to find someone . not too bothered about mileage a 98 or 99 VTS would be fine cos even with 100k mileage that would only be average for the year . The westie is silver and the VTR is White.

£1k for the westcoast.
£4-500 for the VTR.

Sell, (or part - could take some time though) the cars separately mate.

If you don't have a VTS lined up that wants a straight swap mate, I doubt you'll find someone, less it was a garage that wanted a P/X.. then you'll get ripped off anyway.

You'll see a lot more money privately.

no one will part ex a good car for two that 'need work'. if they do they need help.

tbh i'd try and fix the vtr or sell it as is on ebay then keep running the westie, fix the few probs and look at selling it privately.
