View Full Version : Urgent Need Vts Bolts but what type are they?

Hi Guys, i need S bolts asap, my S wheels are spain ones, which i guess is the newest ones as the other ones are from italy speedlines, can someone tell me what bolts i need, is this the bolt or not? also what mm is S bolts 17mm? as my r bolts are 19mm.

Anyone? going to Citroen tomorrow so need to be sure which ones they are for my S wheels.

yeh i think there the same as mine
or you could get the reg of a MK2 VTS and give them that at citroen and they should give the correct wheel bolts, thats what i did for my VTS wheels

Im sure there that kind of bolt wayne, but i thought they had a 17mm hex fitment..
Feel free to give citroen my Reg number to find out what bolts you should have if it helps mate.

i did that last time and they gave me two different bolts to choose from, what's the difference between tapered and non tapered.
Im sure there that kind of bolt wayne, but i thought they had a 17mm hex fitment..

would get you the chassis number mate but the saxo has gone on holiday for a few days hahaha
tapered is where the edge of the bolt behind the part you put the spanner on is at like a 45 degree angle.
Flat is like on the pic above, behind the head of the bolt there is a flat washer.

lol:p not back to the bodyshop surely:P;) do you know what the difference is between tapered washer and non tapered flat washer?

nah man not the bodyshop (yet) having a new exhaust fitted and a general look over everything.
Looking at the pic above the washer doesnt seem flat so i assume that is the tapered washer.
The flat washer type mush be just flat.
This is the annoying thing about citroen.....for every part on a car there is 1000000 types lol

for S wheels you need the tapered ones with the collar

My old vts had flat seat (like that) 19mm hex bolts
so I'd assume you've got the right ones

citroen are awesome at swapping things, mine used to have 17mm hex bolts with flat washers.

Well been to Citroen and there out of stock so they ordered me some for the morning hopefully, i hope i have the right ones otherwise i won't be happy.
