16V Throttle body and leak?

Hi guys how on earthe can u get to the inside of the mk2 16v throttle body ive taken out the three screws on top but nothing seems to move still! also around the top of the head is a oil stain around the oil cap and above the alternator what could this mean?

Clean off the area to give you a idea as to where the starting point of the leak is, run up until hot and check

Above the alternator leaking oil usually means head gasket failed on a VTS though mate
