bought a set of these for my sax ages ago( sorry for nicking the pic!!) . was told by the shop they were legal and would pass an mot. just woundered if they were cause the rings are as the shop said "a blue tint" and were legal,ideas?/members/floydeeeee/27A1Z_angel2.jpg

legal as far as i know, some headlights appear to have a blue tint anyway. its only if its blatantly blue neons or LEDs i think that ull get dun 4

Those particular angel eyes are apparently not e-marked, which means they wont pass an mot, I thought only the ultra ones were e-marked as they do pass mot's.
I maybe wrong though, Pm boz as I think thats the pic of his car and he'll be able to tell you if he's had any trouble. smileys/smiley2.gif

If they glow blue they wont pass an mot which means u wont be road legal anyway
if they produce enough light, in the right places they wont check for emarkings

what do you mean by, enough light in the right places? do u need to have side lights for an mot?

the angel eyes thmeselves act as a sidelight what i think he means is as long as they are angled the similar to the originals and are nearly as bright as the originals then they will probably be alright
