Can't save radio stations!?!?

I disconnected the battery today and when I connected it again I knew I had to sort the CD player/Radio out again but I didnt think it would be so hard :S

I have 6 radio buttons, No.1 was Radio 1, No.2 was Cool FM etc.

Now when I go to No.1 and search for Radio 1 it comes up, but when I listen to a CD then go back to listening to the Radio, it hasnt saved No.1 as Radio 1, so I have to search again :n:

Does anyone know how to save the stations :fcuk: :homme:

Its a Pioneer cd player if that helps :S

find the station. hold the number til display flashes then let go a press again

Hmm I thought that, but I held it for 3-4 secs and it beeped but still nothing :n:

Il go out now and hold it in for longer :fcuk:

hold it til it beeps then and repress the same button to save it.
if it dont work . it might be the red and yellow wire swap ... maybe .
