Black headlights on cituning

Just wanted to know if anyones had them and if you can still adjust the lights beam level from inside the car?

As I know sometimes when you buy angel eyes for example you cant adjust them other than manually somtimes.

I've never had them off cituning, always DIY.

However i do have angels and i can adjust them fine. If that helps i don't know.
