First of all: DONT LOWER BY NOTCHES!
And white VTR aloys, with white fron chevrons, white boot badges, white mirror caps etc
Black and white them is good :)

imo it would be vts every time because they look better, however quite alot of people now have vts rims so why not be a bit different? buy aftermarket or vtr rims?

firstly wrong section, secondly if its been lowered at the rear by the splines method then its dangerous, thirdly I'd go with S wheels with lower pro tyres

From what i've heard it causes issues with the brakes, can cause them to fail. Not to mention it bad for the rear suspension

Hope you're ready to splash out on a new rear beam sometime soon........

Notch method = When you pull torsion bars out, there is splines on it, people use the splines as a guide of how much they are lowering it... This can result in either side of the car been different to the other.
Lowering it properly lifts the rear up to a set high, equal on both sides, and the torsion bars go back in, keeping both sides even

If the guy was chatting shit then why buy the car? All round coilover conversion? whats that? You can put coilovers on the front, but I'd get the rear torsion bars checked over to make sure the car has been lowered properly

get vts alloys mate, look the best.
the splines method of lowering isnt dangerous at all, it can just cause the bearings to fail quicker and isnt quite accurate so can reuslt in a slightly mismatched rear end

which ever set will aid your dreadful spelling in my opinion.
and neither. pug cyclones all the way... VTR rims look silly, they are far too small, an look lost in the arches. VTS rims are bigger and look wider (dont know whether they are) and look alot nicer imo.
but pug cyclones for me, thats what i got on... they rock my world!
*edit* i dont have the cyclones on in the pic
