sound cuts out

hi all hope you can help, when im driving along the door and rear speakers have started to cut out completly ( the under seat sub carries on rumbling away like normal).
when the music cuts out, if i lean other and give the passenger side door speaker a good thump the other speakers all jump back to life.

loose conection possibably ? in which case you will have to chase the wires to find out where its loose

just sounds like loose wiring then mate......
i had this so i just re-wired the speakers myself......
brand new good quality cable and run it straight from the head unit to the speakers!!:)

would a loose connection affect the other speakers to?

they both might be loose, just take them out and check all the wiring involved in both speakers, boring yer i know but you need to do it if you want working speakers
