most component kits come with the cups for the tweeters

angled and straight, there is a screw hole in them, screw them in to were you want them then put the cup over it and turn it round to lock it in place

mine are fitted to the door cards, but u could still a hole just above the air vents and slot them in der, that would look preety sick, plus the sound will travel and wont get blocked :)

With tweeters its best to direct them at you, ear height point towards you

although you could mount them on the dash with them pointing at the windscreen, ive seen it on some production cars and it seems to work well, but ideally ear height point towards you gets the best sound imo

thats how i did mine in the pillars. though i read that having them pointed towards each other in the a pillars give the best sound stage? without hearing it i cant comment. i know sometimes with mine being directed at me they can seem harsh sometimes
